			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>last week i spoke with the arts and humanities council of tulsa who are VERY supportive and think this is a great idea.  their president has agreed to help me put together a formal proposal, budget, etc. and possibly seek some grant money.  i&#8217;m not too worried about that since the cost is not going to be very much at all (and i&#8217;m not looking to make any money out of this at all)  but&#8230;at the very least i will have things down on paper and can formally be able to communicate about what it is that i want to do.</p>
<p>i am also in touch w/ the head of the culture and language preservation program, mr. talee recorn with the osage tribe.  he&#8217;s got the project info, some examples of my previous work and a basic outline of what i want to do.  the osage are very supportive as well.  he&#8217;d mentioned to me that he would review everything and get back with me.  i hope to make it up to pawhuska to meet with him soon.</p>
